    This dark red blend of Shiraz and Cabernet is 
    bursting with ripe red fruits, violets and light leather notes. This complex 
    full bodied wine is aged 6-8 months in French oak barrels. The wine has 
    layers of vanilla, coffee, chocolate and smokey flavors that compliment the 
    smooth and ripe tannins.

    Tasting Note: This elegant and robust 60% Shiraz- 40% 
    Cabernet Sauvignon blend comes from dry hills in Maule valley, Chile’s most 
    traditional origin. A Shiraz whose appearance is highly intense. Vigorous 
    and upfront, it stands out for its dark red concentrated colour. In nose 
    this wine is rich in notes of red fruit which combine with sweet spicy tones 
    of chocolate, mocha and a delicately elegant violet-like touch. Some nice 
    final notes of toasted oak are perceived, due to its aging time in barrels. 
    In mouth, this Shiraz- Cabernet Sauvignon blend presents a pleasant texture. 
    Structured and persistent.  
    Ageing process: 80% in barrels and 20% in stainless steel 
    tanks for 10 months
