    This Sauvignon Blanc reflects its coastal origins and is a pale-yellow green 
    wine in color. On the nose their are fresh aromas of white flowers and fine 
    citric notes combined with green apples and white peaches. In the mouth this 
    wine is very crisp and fruity.

    Soil Type: Alluvial and gravely. Sandy with a bit of 
    clay. Low fertility

    Tasting Note: This Sauvignon Blanc reflects its coastal 
    origins. The strong Pacific Ocean influence, crisp, pale yellow-green wine. 
    In nose, fresh aromas of white flowers and fine citric notes combine with 
    green apples and white peaches. In the mouth it is crisp and fruity. This is 
    perfect as an aperitif or paired with citric seafood dishes like ceviche. 
     
    Ageing process: 3-6 months in stainless steel tanks
