Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, dense wine
that is smooth and rich on the palate. This dark ruby red wine has an aroma
of ripe cherries and blackberries with a touch of floral to round out the
nose. Mature red and black fruits, blackcurrant and spice satisfy the mouth.

Ageing process: 15-20 days of fermentation at 24-26 c in
water-cooled, stainless steel tanks
